While countless UX and product development resources exist online, there’s no cohesive framework that supports teams through both high-level strategy and hands-on execution. App Elevate emerged from this gap—conceived and built by Untangle—as a centralized knowledge base to help product teams navigate the entire product journey with clarity and confidence. The platform is designed to guide better decision-making across all phases of product development, from early-stage market fit to post-launch optimization, while incorporating emerging tools for greater efficiency. The initial release of App Elevate focuses on the resource library: a self-serve platform where teams can explore best practices and evaluate their current product experience. This first version is now fully integrated into the Untangle website, laying the foundation for a more comprehensive app audit experience. The broader vision is to evolve App Elevate into a full-service audit platform that helps teams not just identify UX issues, but implement scalable, high-impact improvements.
